Our Public Adjusters will schedule an inspection time with the building owner at which time we will request access to the property and perform a non-invasive visual observation and take note of possible wind/hail/moisture damage. The Public Adjuster will also discuss the current claim status or recommend a potential claim filing dependent on policy conditions. We will also photograph the property for our files and discuss our value and services before asking the Client to consider our contract.
